1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the jljl39 platform available at jljl39.cam (the "Platform"), you ("User," "you," or "your") unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"), together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated by reference. 3 Account Registration

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each individual may hold only one (1) registered account on jljl39. Registering multiple accounts, whether under the same or different personal details, is strictly prohibited. jljl39 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and forfeit all associated balances where multiple account registration is detected.

3.2 Accuracy of Information

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information promptly if it changes. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jljl39 account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. jljl39 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to keep your credentials confidential. You agree to notify jljl39 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to your account.

3.4 KYC Verification

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

4.2 Minimum Deposit

4.3 Currency

All account balances, wagers, and payouts are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). jljl39 is not responsible for any currency conversion fees or exchange rate differences applied by your payment provider.

4.4 Withdrawal Processing

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

6 Game Rules & Fair Play

• Using VPN, proxy, or IP-masking technology to circumvent geographic or account-level restrictions;
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing jljl39 staff or other users;
• Providing false identity information or impersonating any person.

8 Account Suspension & Closure

8.1 Suspension by jljl39

jljl39 reserves the right to suspend or close any account, with or without prior notice, where it reasonably believes that: the account holder has breached these Terms; the account has been involved in fraudulent, collusive, or illegal activity; or account activity poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform.

8.2 Voluntary Closure

You may request closure of your jljl39 account at any time by contacting support via live chat in your account dashboard. Upon voluntary closure, any verified balance remaining in the account will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method, provided all wagering requirements attached to active bonuses have been satisfied or the bonus has been forfeited.

8.3 Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months. jljl39 may charge a dormancy fee of up to ₱50 per month on dormant accounts following written notice to the registered email address. Once a dormant account balance reaches zero, the account may be closed.

9 Responsible Gaming

10 Intellectual Property

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jljl39 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of data, loss of profits, loss of gaming funds due to technical error or force majeure, or any other intangible loss.

jljl39's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount deposited by you to your jljl39 account during the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

jljl39 does not warrant that the Platform will operate uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical defects. Scheduled maintenance periods will be communicated in advance where practicable.

12 Privacy & Data

By registering on jljl39, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Your personal data will not be sold to third parties. 13 Amendments to These Terms

14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions.

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or validity thereof, shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation between you and jljl39. If the dispute cannot be resolved within thirty (30) days of written notice, either party may pursue resolution through the appropriate Philippine courts or, where applicable, through arbitration proceedings in Metro Manila, Philippines.

Nothing in this clause prevents jljl39 from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.
